How I use AI.
A manifesto.
Written by me, proofread by AI.
I’ve embraced AI since early 2023, when our family friend Dmitry Shapiro, founder of MindStudio, told me about ChatGPT. Since then I’ve used it for everything: personal projects, my day job and my own brands. In March 2026 I became a Level 3 Certified AI Agent Developer with MindStudio.
Claude has since revolutionized the way products get built, and I’m using AI in even more of my work. Here’s where it shows up.
What I believe
AI won’t replace the human mind.
It only knows what’s already been made. That’s why it’s bad at the thing I care about most: bright, out-of-the-box ideas. Those are still ours. I let AI handle the work around the idea, so I have more time for the idea itself.

AI saga so far
1. Copywriting
English is my second language, and as an immigrant you always stress about getting the grammar right. AI started as my proofreader. Now all my social media is written by Claude bots I set up with my voice, my brand rules and my stories. So is The Edit, the Sparkpick newsletter, and so is this portfolio. The content is always original. The ideas and stories come from my life, and Claude helps me put them into words.
Lately I’ve been experimenting with it on stand-up material and Voices in Jessica’s Head scripts. My comedy teacher spotted the AI-written set immediately. So now the jokes start from my real stories, and AI helps me tighten them.
2. Brainstorming
Claude and ChatGPT are my brainstorm partners for product ideas, creative concepts and everything in between. I bring the spark. AI throws back a pile of directions fast, and I pick the one worth building.
The one I’m proudest of is my road back to acting. I brainstormed it with Claude, from “what if” to a real plan: a Hollywood action plan, a 12-month roadmap that fits it alongside everything else I do, and a screenplay-style one-pager that tells my story in three acts. Classes, reels, headshots and reps, all on a calendar.
3. Design explorations
Graphic design: logos and visuals
ChatGPT is my go-to for visuals and graphic design: logos, illustrations, and images that need to look like they belong together. When I need a whole set to stay coherent, with the same style, colors and characters from one image to the next, it does that better than anything else I’ve tried. For this kind of work, I’ve found it much better than Claude.
Website design
Claude is my tool for product mockups, apps and websites, plus Figma Make from time to time. I vibe-coded the SPARK + REBEL and Sparkpick websites with Claude. I worked on the old version of Sparkpick for four years. With AI, I redesigned the entire site in four days.

4. Design systems
I use Claude a lot to vibe-code brand guides for the products I’m working on. Each one starts with the logo, then the colors, typography and even mascots, all documented in one place I can share with anyone I work with. That way every post, page and screen looks like it came from the same brand.

5. App development
Vow, a voice meditation app
I vibe-coded an entire app in Claude Code: Vow, a voice meditation app where you meditate in your own voice. Claude Code built every screen, every flow and every line of code. The body images came from ChatGPT and the music from Suno.
Inside Vow there are daily sessions like Morning Voice Activation, a body series, a body map where you tap where it feels tight, chakra meditations, and a Doodle Show of little hand-drawn games. You record yourself as you go, and the Me tab shows how your voice changes over time, in breath, pace and warmth, plus how you felt before and after each session.
Act!, a scene partner for actors
When I started taking acting classes, I ran into a problem right away: you always need someone to rehearse with. So I vibe-coded my own scene partner with Claude, and I was its first user.
Paste in any scene, pick your role, and Act! reads every other character out loud, then waits for you to say your lines. You can hide your lines to learn them by heart and run the same scene again and again until it feels true. It helps you prepare for a role and get into the emotions of a scene, anytime, with no one else in the room.
6. Marketing assets
Stills and videos
I use AI mostly to create social content, from Sparkpick and SPARK + REBEL assets, like this silly short video made in MindStudio, to App Store assets for my apps. For quick graphics I use the AI features in Canva, and MindStudio bots make video and images.

App Store assets
Claude wasn’t as good at marketing as I’d hoped. Its first version of my Vow App Store screens described the features: “Stress hides in your body.” “A guide leads. Then you do.” So I worked out the entire user journey and wrote the copy myself.
Version 2 talks to the person first, with lines like “Sound familiar?” and “You already have what it takes.” Then it shows how Vow becomes theirs: their guide, their body, their look and their progress.
7. Music
Songs for Voices in Jessica’s Head
I use Suno to write music for my Jessica comedy series. The fun part is the lyrics: I write them to match the plot, so each song tells that episode’s story. This track is from the “Just No” episode.
Episode 11. “Just No”
This track is from Ep. 11, “Just No,” where Jessica tries to say no to the “perfect” vintage find. Saying no is hard in any language, so the song says it in several: “No! Nein! Non! Nyet!”
Chakra music for Vow
Every chakra meditation in Vow has its own track that I made in Suno. Each one matches its chakra’s color, element and mood. The Solar Plexus, the center of will and confidence, is yellow and fire, so its music is warm and steady. It carries you through each phase, from arriving to speaking your own words out loud: “I can.
I use AI only for good. Mostly for commas, sometimes for whole apps, never for evil. In a world full of uncertainty, at least one thing is certain: my motivation. Today’s forecast says 100%.
The bottom line.
